India proposes cryptocurrency ban and 10 year jail for cryptocurrency use: Bloomberg Quint

Bloomberg Quint recently came out with a report that the official cryptocurrency committee has recommended a complete cryptocurrency ban and jail term for up to 10 years for cryptocurrency use. The recommendations are part of the Banning of Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill 2019. The news sparked a lot of panic and anger among the Indian cryptocurrency committee. We analyse the Bloomberg Quint report in this video and explore reasons why it is not time to hit the panic button yet!
