CryptoMatchup (CMU) Terms of Services

CryptoMatchup.com (CMU) is a peer-to-peer platform service that allows its users to matchup with other users to discuss or make arrangements to trade cryptocurrencies. “CMU” is not an exchange but a meeting platform where users on the platform to create publications where they offer to buy or sell cryptocurrencies and the two users can agree to meet to trade cryptocurrencies however they decide.. All trades on this site are conducted between users of the service. CMU will not help to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers. CMU is not itself a party of any cryptocurrency trades or transactions conducted by its users.

PRIVACY POLICY

EU Privacy Directives minimum requirements
Provide a readable, understandable and easily accessible privacy policy, which at a minimum informs users about:

who you are (identity and contact details),
what precise categories of personal data the app wants to collect and process,
why the data processing is necessary (for what precise purposes),
whether data will be disclosed to third parties (not just a generic but a specific
description to whom the data will be disclosed),
what rights users have, in terms of withdrawal of consent and deletion of data
Other example; if we are using mailchimp, or any other type 3rd party service, google analytics, newsletters, contact forms etc. we need to disclose. For the new EU GDPR (https://edpb.europa.eu/edpb_en ) there are other considerations.

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) ("Agreement") form a legal agreement covering the provision of services ("service" or "services") provided by Cryptomatchup.com or ("CryptoMatchup" or "us" or "our" or "we") to you as an individual ("you" or "your"). Your use of the services will be governed by this Agreement, along with the CryptoMatchup.com Privacy Policy. Please read through this Agreement and Privacy Policy carefully before accepting them. Acceptance and Change of Terms.
Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. Before registering an account you must accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By accepting this agreement or by using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a legal agreement with CMU, and have understood and agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, this agreement.
LICENSE. If you agree to the TOS and (1) are of sufficient age and capacity to use CMU and be bound by the TOS, or (2) use CMU on behalf of a business, thereby binding that business to the TOS, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use CMU in compliance with the TOS; unlicensed use is unauthorized. You agree not to display, "frame," make derivative works, distribute, license, or sell, content from CMU, excluding postings you create. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, worldwide, fully paid/sub licensable license to use, copy, display, distribute, and make derivative works from content you post.

Restrictions of software use and IP theft etc.

Registration and User Account
To use our services, or to access CMU or some of the resources it has to offer, you may be asked to provide registration details in order to register a user account ("User Account" or "account"). It is a condition of use of CMU and our services that all the details you provide are correct, current, and complete. If we believe the details are not correct, current, or complete, we have the right to refuse you access to the site, or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on CMU and use the Service.
By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You have only one account and restricted of using the account of other users at CMU.
You may only act on your own behalf. You may not use your account to act as an intermediary or broker for any person or entity.
You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
Although CMU does respect the privacy and anonymity of its users including the use of “pseudonyms” or “aliases” your account must not contain misleading or fraudulent information, including, but not limited providing false country of origin. CMU also understands from time to time its users will travel and you may have the need to change your country location, which is permissible but you must change to your property Country of origin upon return for CMU geo targeting features to function properly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you use to sign up for CMU, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. If you think someone has gained access to your account, please immediately contact [email protected]

Safety and Engagement with Other Users
Though CMU promotes a respectful user experience, it is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off of the Service. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person. You understand that CMU does recommend that you provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money to other users, and in doing so, you are doing at your own risk and CMU is held harmless of any risks or losses that occur from sharing this information. Advertisements and Publications

You can create “publication” or “advertisement” (to show that you want to buy or sell bitcoin cash or other coins as well your (short description) terms or conditions. Other users can reply and communicate through the “message” or “voice call” features to express interest in the advertisements that you’ve created. You are permitted to “publish” or “advertise” a maximum of 3 publications per user per location. This is to prevent continued ‘spamming” of your advertisement and therefore will not be tolerated. The publications cannot be used to promote any sales materials or advertisement such as, but not limited to; links, websites, affiliates, ICO’s, exchanges, other social sites or apps, and doing so will could cause immediate termination of your account.

Fees and Pricing
At this time there are no fees or charges for the use of CMU but we reserve the right to add fees or charges in the future with suitable notice to its users as well the possible of “paid for” advertisement placement, at the sole discretion of CMU.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT CMU DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS OR OTHERWISE INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS USERS. CMU MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF USERS. CMU RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT - AND YOU AGREE CMU MAY CONDUCT - ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK OR OTHER SCREENINGS AT ANY TIME USING AVAILABLE PUBLIC RECORDS.
